The key to our success is prevention. Each of our customers enjoys the protection offered by our innovative OneStepAhead package. With OneStepAhead, we install a small health agent on each workstation and server in your office. This "mini technician" monitors the computer's health around the clock and reports important health data back to Network Depot securely over the Internet.

This information enables us to predict, identify and even prevent problems from occurring. If problems do occur, the forensic information already collected allows us to identify the cause quickly and often fix it remotely, saving you downtime, money and the frustration of gathering data from a disabled machine.

Help Desk/Onsite Services

Information collected daily through OneStepAhead puts you ahead of the game if you have a network problem. When issues do occur, our knowledgeable staff can quickly recommend the most affordable and sensible approach to a speedy resolution. In many cases, we can even fix the problem remotely without the need for an onsite evaluation or technician visit.

Our help desk and onsite services are billed in affordable quarter-hour increments, and we will communicate the problem and the approach to a resolution in plain, easy to understand terms. We’ll also tell you how to minimize or avoid the problem altogether in the future.
