I have to share with all of you something I am really excited about. A brand-new addition to our website- an events page!
One of the things we are committed to at Network Depot is making sure to bring you up-to-date, helpful information, and make sure to help you feel as comfortable as possible using and understanding this crazy world of changing technology. To that end, we have started to host more events. This way, we can be there, in real time, to answer your questions and help you to the best of our ability.
So, make sure that you are keeping a lookout for some great upcoming events. We are going to have webinars, live training sessions, and we will even be posting great events that are being hosted by the charities we support.
For example, if you check out our calendar today (hint, hint) you will notice that we have two very exciting events listed for next week. The first one is a benefit concert for one of the charities we support, Cancer Can Rock. The second is a live Windows 8 Training seminar.
You will notice that they have different colors attached to them- this is to help you identify what type of event it is. Purple is a “Community Involvement” event, meaning an event being hosted by and/or for one of the charities we support. Or, there is the dark blue, which is a “Live Event”, meaning an event taking place in-person, like next week’s training session.
If you ever are confused about what type of event it is, just check the key for colors that is at the bottom of the calendar.
If you are looking for more details about the event, you can move your mouse to hover over it. Or, if you are looking for even more details, including how to register for an event, you can click on it and it will take you to a detailed description.
You might also notice that at the bottom of our homepage, there is now a section where you will be able to see upcoming events. Click on them will take you to the event details, or you can click on the link that says “View Full Calendar” and it will take you to the main events page.
So make sure to check back often, because we have some great events coming up in the next few months, and you don’t want to miss out!
